Workplace Giving Makes Helping Animals Easy
The year is coming to a close, but there’s still plenty of time to make a difference for animals who may be suffering. Workplace Giving is an easy, effective way to help us as we fight back against cruelty and work to be there for the animals who need us most.
Are you a federal employee or retiree?
Federal employees can participate in the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) and commit to giving animals a fresh start in 2020! Just designate your contribution to the ASPCA, CFC ID #11645. Visit the CFC giving portal today to make your gift to help innocent animals. The campaign closes January 12, so don’t wait to help animals in need!
Does your workplace participate in a United Way campaign?
If so, you can easily make a donation to support at-risk animals today. Simply designate your pledge to the ASPCA through United Way’s Donor Choice Program. Contact your human resources department or local United Way agency for more detailed instructions to donate through a United Way campaign.
What is Corporate Workplace Giving?
Corporate Workplace Giving allows you to make a donation to animals directly through a payroll deduction. It’s seamless and simple! When you sign up, you can choose the amount you wish to give, and your employer will ensure that your gift is made to the ASPCA.
What are the benefits of signing up?
This type of giving is an excellent way to build morale at work and develop a corporate culture of giving. Your gift may be tax deductible and many employers will offer a matching gift when people sign up for Workplace Giving—that’s double the impact for animals in need. Plus, since your gift is deducted automatically, the process is effortless!
Are there other ways to give back?
Of course! You can start a campaign to raise funds for animals in need with Team ASPCA or you can create your own Facebook® Fundraiser. These are both fun, simple ways to engage employees, co-workers and the rest of your social media followers! You can also ask other people in your workplace to share the campaign with their friends and family, too.
You can contact [email protected] for more information and with any questions you may have. Consider ending 2019 by resolving to make a difference for vulnerable animals—help give them brighter futures and a Happy New Year.
