Recent information, published as part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) budget request for Fiscal Year 2021, reveals a steep decline in actions taken against commercial breeders (a.k.a., puppy mills) in 2019.

This past year more than 400,000 animals were reached through the ASPCA’s lifesaving efforts and the support of devoted members like yourself. With your generosity, we can respond to hundreds of thousands of animals who need our help and provide them with critical care.
