ASPCA Dog Adoption Survey

Thank you for your interest in adopting from the ASPCA! Please kick off the process by completing the information below. Once you submit your survey, the next step will be to speak with a member of our Matchmaking Team. We have seen an inspiring response from members of the public applying to adopt during this time; due to the volume of survey submissions, we are unable to respond to every survey we receive. Our Matchmaking Team is currently processing applications in the order in which they are received.

REMOTE ADOPTIONS PROCESS

Though the adoption process will take place remotely using video conferences and other technology, you will be required to pick up your adopted pet from the ASPCA Adoption Center in New York City.
