Meet Blake! Rescued from cruelty, Blake has blossomed at the ASPCA and is ready to join a loving family. Adopt Blake today!
Big fan of: His best friends! Blake is very friendly, sweet and affectionate. He is a young, active pup who loves to play and learn new tricks. He will work very hard for a delicious treat.
Special features: This cute fellow came to the ASPCA with multiple fractures in his left hindlimb. To prevent further pain and discomfort, the limb was amputated. Blake gets around just fine as a tri-pawed pup! He will continue to grow stronger and more agile in his new home.
Blake likes to get to know new friends—he may initiate conversation by barking when he first meets new people, but he quickly warms up to friendly faces. He is also learning how to play with other small dog friends. Guidance and supervision will help Blake learn to only use the bathroom outside.
Dream home: Blake can join a home with an experienced dog adopter and kids 10-and-up.
