Gatita the golden gal is looking for a comfy home to retire in! Described by ASPCA Adoption Center staff as “a very sweet older lady,” Gatita wants nothing more than a cozy spot to curl up in and a little love. She can be nervous in new places and will need time and confinement to settle into her new home, but once Gatita feels comfortable she blossoms into the sweetest kitty! When she wants attention, Gatita trots up to whoever is around, chirping and meowing with her tail in the air. There’s no such thing as too many scratches to Gatita, and when she gets them she lets you know just how happy she is by doing lots of slow blinks and letting you hear her beautiful purr.

Gatita is a mellow sweetheart through and through and is looking for a home where she can blossom. Her adopter should be willing and ready to give her the time she needs to settle in. Gatita has previously lived with other animals and wasn’t a fan, so she’s looking to be the only pet in her new home.
