Fergie doesn’t let her previous injuries stop her from being fabulous! When this beauty first arrived at the ASPCA, it was clear that she needed immediate medical attention. Our veterinarians quickly noticed that Fergie had wounds on her left front leg and above her right eye. Her right eye was also severely injured, and the difficult decision was made to remove it for comfort and to prevent future complications. Post-surgery, Fergie is healing up and doing great. She’s now ready to find a comfortable, loving home! Described as “a doll” by ASPCA Adoption Center staff, Fergie can often be found climbing into laps to ask for ear or chin scratches. Sometimes, she even leans in for kitty hugs, which are just as adorable as they sound! The same staff member notes that Fergie just wants to “soak in all of the attention,” enjoys occasionally giving kitty kisses and basks in the glory of cat massages—she isn’t shy about asking you to go from deep tissue to Swedish or vice versa!

Fergie would make a great fit for a family who’s ready to keep learning about who she is when she’s feeling healthy and happy! If you’re interested in adopting her, please fill out our Cat Adoption Survey.
