Cyprus

Cyprus loves his best friend Tremont and is ready for a new home where they can spend all their time together! Cyprus is definitely the more reserved of the two and took longer to acclimate to his foster home than Tremont. With dedication, time and treats from his foster mom, Cyprus began to show progress. Now, he loves pets in small doses from the people he considers friends! Cyprus leans into your hands to ask for more and is clear about when he’s had enough. When he isn’t busy getting scratches, Cyprus can usually be found lounging around in the open or curled up on a soft, comfy bed. Toys and games are fun for this kitty, too, but he does sometimes get spooked by the loud sounds or sudden movements that may come along with them. When he isn’t playing or getting loved on, Cyprus enjoys following his foster mom around, meowing for attention.

Cyprus is bonded to his BFF Tremont, so they must go home together. These kitties need an experienced adopter who understands that they will take some time, likely several weeks in Cyprus’ case, to adjust to their new home. Their adopter should be willing to use play and treats to help them become comfortable. Teens and up would be best, and they may live well with a calm, respectful dog.
