Sure, Crackle’s amazing eyes might be the first thing to draw you in, but this sweet boy has much more to him than his good looks. Crackle can be nervous in new places, but when you give him the time he needs to settle in, you’ll soon start seeing his true personality emerge from under his nervous exterior. Crackle enjoys pets when they’re accompanied by a slow approach, and he can often be found doing all the usual cool cat things like lounging and grooming—we think he may even be one of those cats who would love to curl up next to you on the couch. But, if there’s anything Crackle enjoys more than a comfy spot to hang out, it’s food and playtime! This guy will do anything for a snack, and if there’s a game to be played, count Crackle in to play it. When it comes to toys that simulate real prey, like wand toys that have a mouse at the end, Crackle can be a little predatory—so his adopter should avoid these.
Crackle is looking for an adopter who understands that he will need time and confinement to adjust to his new home. He would prefer to live with kids ages 8 and up and has previously lived well with other cats. If you think Crackle may be the man for you, please fill out our Cat Adoption Survey!
