Trinidad

Trinidad originally came into the ASPCA as a mama cat with a slew of kittens in tow. Her babies have all found safe and loving homes, and now this queen is ready to find her own castle! Trinidad is a pretty shy gal who gets nervous around new people and in new places. With time, patience and dedication you can slowly see Trinidad come out of her shell. If there’s one surefire way to get this kitty on your side, it’s with food! Trinidad can never say no to a yummy snack and feels most comfortable when she knows there’s a treat coming—especially tuna! When she isn’t busy chowing down, Trinidad enjoys cozying up in her favorite safe spots for a little rest and relaxation—comfy little nooks are her place of choice.

Trinidad is looking for a special person who lives in a quiet, adults-only home. Still learning that humans bring good things, Trinidad would do best with an experienced cat adopter who can and wants to put in the work needed to help her become a more comfortable and confident lady. Our Behavior team would be happy to speak with interested adopters about how to help Trinidad acclimate to her new home and how to best set her up for success.
