We’re looking for a sweet home for Alabama! Alabama may sound Southern, but this adorable pup is a city dog through and through. Alabama is a lovable, sweet puppy with a shy side. I guess you could say he’s a multi-faceted young gentleman. He’s looking for a home where he can let his fun-loving personality shine brightest.

Big fan of: Playtime! Like most puppies, Alabama loves to play. He also gets along with most small dog friends and would enjoy trips to the dog park. Alabama is social and loves most people, but he can sometimes get nervous when humans reach for him too quickly. Our Behavior team can give you tips to help with this and make Alabama more comfortable in his new home.

Special features: Alabama is young, so he still has a lot to learn. He would benefit from an adopter who is willing to help him learn his basic manners. Our Behavior staff can give you guidance on how to help this smart boy remember to only use the bathroom outside. Alabama will also need to look his best in order to feel his best, and should be groomed every six to eight weeks.

Dream home: Alabama is looking for a place where he can get plenty of playtime and love, and can join a home with children six years and older.
