This beautiful girl is looking for someone to help her find her inner athlete. Blue is a playful, active dog looking for someone to run by her side and enjoy plenty of playtime outdoors. Blue has a sensitive past, and needs someone she can trust, someone who is willing to be patient when certain situations make her feel nervous. Blue has plenty of love to give—she just needs to right family to give it to!

Big Fan of: Playtime! Blue has a medium energy level but enjoys staying active. She’d even make a great jogging or hiking buddy. Blue likes most human and dog friends that she meets, and she often changes her play style to match that of the dog she’s interacting with. She could benefit from friendlier dog interactions to hone her play skills and should meet any new dog friends in a one-on-one setting first to ensure a great match.

Special Features: Blue has lived in a home previously and most likely has some house training, but she would benefit from a steady walking schedule to help her transition into her new home. Blue is a big softy who melts to the floor when she’s getting pet, this sometimes leads to submissive urination—call it a “happy accident!” Blue will need a patient adopter to help her through some of these instances. Blue is also eager to learn more of her basic manners and will work hard for a tasty treat!
