The ASPCA Is Seeking Your Nominations!

We need your help to find extraordinary pets and animal advocates who might be worthy of winning an ASPCA Humane Award! If you know an exceptionally heroic dog or cat, or a compassionate organization or human being committed to improving the lives of animals, please submit their information while nominations are open.

Dog of the Year

For a dog who has performed a heroic act in the past year.

For a cat who has performed a heroic act in the past year.

“Tommy P. Monahan” Kid of the Year

For a youth 17 or younger who has made a significant contribution to animal welfare.

Public Service Award

For a public service officer who has made a heroic effort to save an animal’s life in the past year or has demonstrated a commitment to animal safety throughout his or her career.
