The holiday season is a great time to curl up on the couch with your furry friends and enjoy TV specials that celebrate animals. The ASPCA has teamed up with Animal Planet and the band American Authors to spread the spirit of animal adoption by sharing heartfelt rescue stories that will air throughout Animal Planet’s “Wild Winter Nights” and at AnimalPlanet.com/WildWinterNights.

“Wild Winter Nights” is a 19-day programming event running now through Friday, January 1. The event will feature holiday-themed episodes of Animal Planet series, daily marathons and sneak peeks of what’s to come in 2016. Throughout “Wild Winter Nights,” viewers will see the ASPCA’s top adoption stories of 2015 with music from American Authors, the band behind the hit song “Best Day of My Life.”
