Rusty

 
Big fan of: His best friends! Rusty is very affectionate with people he knows. He enjoys a balanced lifestyle of playtime and downtime, and is happy sitting by your side and being petted.

Not a fan of: Strangers. Rusty can feel nervous around unfamiliar people with certain items or clothing such as hats, canes and other large objects.

Special features: Rusty likes to go for walks, but may get nervous and need some encouragement along the way. He is unsure around other dogs at this point, but in time, he may learn to make canine friends. With guidance and supervision in his new home, Rusty will learn quickly to only use the bathroom outside.

Dream home: Rusty needs some time to warm up to new people and surroundings; he would be be thrilled to go home with a patient and experienced adopter who will let him settle into his new home at his own pace. We think he would do best in a home with teens-and-up.
