Big fan of: His inner circle! Jacques is very affectionate with people he knows.

Not a fan of: Strangers. Jacques feels uncomfortable and might start to bark when he’s around people he doesn’t know, or unknown objects such as large coats or hats.

Special features: Jacques enjoys saying a friendly “hello,” to other dogs, but he doesn’t feel comfortable playing with them. While the shelter staff isn’t sure if Jacques is housetrained, with guidance and supervision in his new home, he’ll learn quickly to only use the bathroom outside.

Dream home: This small pup would feel most comfortable in an adults-only home with no other dogs. Jacques would do best with experienced adopters who’ll spend plenty of time working with and training him.
