Equine rescues, sanctuaries and shelters across the country will be celebrating the ASPCA’s Help a Horse Day on April 26. One hundred and twenty-three of those organizations will be competing for a chance to win some of the $110,000 in grant prizes for developing the best adoption campaigns and finding more homes for horses.
