Mykonos is a gorgeous girl who is as cute as she is compact! She was originally found by the NYPD, where she was living in terrible conditions, underweight and in desperate need of care. Since arriving at the ASPCA, Mykonos has been getting all the love and attention she deserves, and she’s now ready to find a home where she can truly shine!

If you're looking for a dog who lives for snuggles, Mykonos is the one for you! She will happily curl up in your lap and melt into your arms — if given the chance, she might even try to launch herself straight into them. She thrives on affection and will gladly accept endless pets and scratches without complaint. When she’s not soaking up love, Mykonos enjoys going outside for sniffy walks and a little adventure!

Mykonos is a social butterfly who has loved meeting new people and has made friends in playgroups with a variety of other dogs, though she seems to have a special soft spot for male dogs. She is still working on managing her excitement and leash manners, and sometimes her enthusiasm leads to a bit of jumping or barking at other dogs. With some patience and training, Mykonos will learn to express her happiness in a more polite way!
