Basil

Meet Basil! Basil is a very curious and playful kitten and prefers attention on his own terms. He can be very shy and nervous around people and will often run to hide from them. He doesn’t like being picked up but will tolerate it. There is, however, one thing Basil absolutely LOVES—other cats and his kitten siblings! He has so much fun playing and wrestling with his siblings and will run and chase them throughout the house.

Basil is also quite the adventurer; he loves to climb up high in his foster family's cat tree and will cuddle up with the other cats once he's all tuckered out from playing. Some of his favorite toys are balls with bells, wand toys, crumbled up paper and anything else he can hunt!

Because Basil feels more comfortable around other cats than he does with humans, he would be the perfect match for someone looking to adopt a feline friend for their current cat or kitten. Basil may not be too keen on humans, but he will provide hours of entertainment and snuggles for your resident cat!
